Thanks for sharing the infographic. In our case naman, we’re saving to build our own house. I think it’s cheaper compared to buying an already-built house.

I have some regret about not buying a house earlier than I intended. Had I done it when I was starting to earn enough, I would have been halfway through the payment now. No more procrastination.

I want to buy our own house. If only a cottage fit for a family of five then having lots of outdoor space.

Hmmm, very timely, as we really don’t know what to do if we should try and get a loan for a house or just forever rent! But, I know my heart and mind say, we really should start looking for a house to own. Or any rent to own schemes- would you know any? Help would be greatly appreciated! (Preferably, Silang, Cavite) 🙂

    Thanks!

Before we got married, we are thinking of renting a house near or work place. However, upon scouting we found out that the monthly rental fee is almost the same as monthly amortization when we will get a new house in a subdivision.
Also, renting will not make the house yours. So we settled getting a house instead of renting.
